MSA Forward’s online registration is now closed. However, you are welcome to register onsite at the conference which is taking place at the Renaissance Washington Downtown DC. Registration will be located on the floor below the lobby level.  There will be plenty of friendly MSA staff members who can assist you.

MSA Forward 2018 is headed to Washington, DC in 2018.  From April 26 to 30, MSA will bring together hundreds of vendors and buyers to learn, network and discover products perfect for Museum Store customers.

Our three-day Breakout Sessions Program provides knowledge on how cultural institutions can run their store most effectively.  Each conference session is designed to help attending retailers + exhibitors “Master Non-Profit Retail”.

The one-of-a-kind Expo enables buyers to browse the amazing products vendors have to offer museum and cultural institutions.  Meet with experienced vendors, see new products and plan your buying for the coming year. You also can meet with vendors who can work with you to develop custom products reflecting your institution’s mission.

Learning excursions hosted at a variety of D.C. cultural venues are designed to promote a creative atmosphere where attendees + exhibitors can gather to network + socialize.

Expo + Conference to be held at The Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel with events centered around an intimate hotel ballroom.
