About

The Museum Store Association (MSA) is dedicated to advancing the nonprofit retail industry and the professionals who shape its future. Through advocacy, education, and collaboration, MSA equips cultural institutions, vendor members, and their partners with resources and community to enhance the visitor experience, enabling them to take a piece of that experience home.
